If you have been using cheats, or hacks on the PS3, and recently downloaded the new Playstation firmware update patch 3.56, then you may find that your console is now banned from playing multi-player in Black Ops. Many users have been complaining about false positives on the forums, but that is to be expected after every ban wave.
